If you own property on Desert Lake, we invite you to join the Desert Lake Property Owners' Association to help protect your interests as a key stakeholder. 

You can become a member or renew your existing membership by purchasing your annual membership online, here. Your membership permits 2 votes from your household. NOTE: At checkout, please indicate your Desert Lake property address in the Order Notes field. 

Not comfortable with online payments? You can choose to mail us a cheque along with your completed Membership Fee Form instead.

ANNUAL RATE
The Desert Lake Property Owners' Association increased its annual membership fee from $25 to $40 in 2025 to reflect rising costs, and evolving priorities and to align with other lake associations. Annual dues support essential initiatives such as building our environmental fund, shoreline preservation, community events, advocacy efforts, and operational expenses. Increased funding allows the association to enhance programs that protect the lake's ecosystem, maintain property values, and foster community engagement. This adjustment ensures the association can continue delivering valuable services while adapting to inflation and growing stewardship responsibilities.
