We stand behind the quality of the products we carry and want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please email us at info@desertlakelife.ca with your concern so that we can make it right.
Return Policy
You may return merchandise to The Desert Lake Property Owners' Association, for any reason, for a full refund within 28 days of delivery of your shipment. A refund for the item(s) will be credited back to your original method of payment and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for a credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on the method of return.
All items must be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Final Sale Merchandise - Sales are final and cannot be exchanged on all Final Sale and Clearance items.
Repeated Returns
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your Desert Lake Life account.
